brief tattoo description
DEPOSIT POLCIES
deposits must be paid before an appointment will be booked. the deposit will come off your final cost/session of the tattoo.
artwork will not be started until a deposit is recieved. artwork is never sent out prior to your appointment.
deposits are $50 plus processing fees
deposits are valid for up to 6 months.
The following will result in an immediate forfeit of my deposit: intoxication/poor hygeine, less than 48 hr notice, tardiness of more than 30 minutes with no contact, no call no shows, rescheduling more than once, failure to respond, Changing idea/budget, assault/harassment, pregnancy, and failure to pick a reschedule date at the time of giving notice, bringing children, cancelation
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE!***
Shay maintains the right to refuse service at any point: rudeness or physical/verbal harassment of any kind will not be tolerated and I will not be refunded.
